Morgan Hill’s Dinan Engineering is set to be bought out by Vancouver-based Canfe Ventures Ltd.
Dinan, a private company with headquarters located at 865 Jarvis Drive in Morgan Hill, specializes in high performance products and systems for BMW cars.
Founded in 1979 and well known in the automotive press, Dinan's engine development division is famous for engineering and manufacturing high performance engines for street and racing purposes.
The company touts itself as North America’s premiere BMW tuner, and sells it’s range of products at BMW performance centers and dealerships nationwide.
Under the definitive agreement, Canfe will give over 54.6 million common shares of its own company in exchange for 100 percent of Dinan’s shares.
