Morgan Hill Observer Launches Reader Comments

Community members can now participate more easily

When we launched the Morgan Hill Observer just over a month ago, we welcomed community members “to participate in this civic journalism initiative, because none of us are as smart as all of us.” A June 26 posting contains the following invitation: “Please join us in building an informative, community-spirited resource that's reflects the spirit of Morgan Hill.”

Starting now, it will be a lot easier to do that. Our web development team today completed building a comment-posting platform that allows readers of the Morgan Hill Observer to take part in this online conversation. At the bottom of every article you will find a box. Fill it out, drop us your email address, click the green button, and let us know what you think. - Eric Johnson

I really like the new layout—the site looks great!

This is pretty cool! As a Morgan Hill native who has moved away, it is nice to see what is going on at home without having Grandma send me the MH Times. :-)

I'd like to suggest having a section dedicated to the authors/journalists/contributers.

The site looks good. I'm looking forward to finding out what the Morgan Hill community has to say.

Good work, development team.
