The 2009 High on Health Fair is coming to Gavilan College on Oct. 7, offering the public free health services and resources.
Featuring 42 representatives from local organizations like Planned Parenthood, REACH Mentoring Program and Community Solutions, this annual event regularly draws over 1,500 visitors.
Attendees will have an opportunity to speak with each representative, and can get confidential referrals for counseling, along with receiving needle-free anonymous blood pressure, blood glucose and HIV/AIDS testing.
