For Sale signs on a street in Morgan Hill
Active real estate listings are down in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Martin, reports Lets Talk South County Homes. Last month, the three cities saw 79 closed sales, and there are currently 532 active listings and 205 sale pendings in the area. Compared to December 2007, there were 696 active listings Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Martin, with 63 sale pendings and 40 closed sales for the month.
South County Real Estate Today reports that there are seventeen single family homes for sale in Morgan Hill priced under $400,000.
